Enforce the Constitution Now /DRAFT PETITION

DRAFT/ Petition to Enforce the Constitution of the United States by State and Local Governments

Whereas the Federal Government of the United States has abrogated and literally disregarded the U. S Constitution and Declaration of Independence, we the undersigned do hereby call upon our local and state governments to reign in the unconstitutional powers usurped by the Federal Government.
1. We call upon our local and state governments to enforce all borders and sovereign rights granted to U.S. Citizens including the 1st and 2nd Amendments of the U.S. Constitution.
2. Furthermore we authorize our state and local governments to withhold taxes and fees to the federal government until the individual and States Rights are honored by the Congress of the United States as well as the Executive Branch.
3. We also insist that the central banking system must be returned to the direct control of our elected officials.
4. We do hereby pledge our lives, property and sacred honor to reinstate our God Given Rights and Constitutional Liberties.
